About the role
Lead and manage the soft services workforce and subcontractors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance. Oversee cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste management on site.
What you’ll do
• Plan and supervise cleaning, grounds maintenance, and pest control. • Enforce HSE compliance and safe work practices. • Coordinate readiness for events and peak periods. • Manage subcontractors ensuring standards and value. • Produce performance reports and track SLA/KPI attainment.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree required. • 8-10 years experience in related field. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of HSE and infection control standards. • Experience managing budgets and procurement.
