Site Reliability Engineer

About the role
Build reliable, observable systems enabling client teams to operate confidently at scale. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and prevent incidents.
What you’ll do
• Design observability systems and define SLOs and error budgets. • Own 24/7 P0 on-call rotation with 10-minute acknowledgment SLA. • Mentor and onboard additional SRE engineers. • Participate in incident response and postmortems. • Implement reliability improvements and automation.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering. • Strong AWS expertise including ALB, ECS/Fargate, RDS Aurora. • Production Python backend engineering experience. • Experience with incident response and on-call rotations. • Proficient in containerization and infrastructure-as-code.
