About the role
Advance MaintainX’s reliability, observability, and developer autonomy as the platform scales. Partner with teams to improve stability, resilience, and operational readiness of services.
What you’ll do
• Assess service maturity and provide insights. • Implement observability best practices with teams. • Enable team autonomy in deployment and support. • Mentor developers on reliability practices. • Drive tooling and practice adoption across teams.
What you’ll bring
• Deep understanding of observability in distributed systems. • Experience with SRE concepts like SLOs and incident management. • 3–5+ years in software development or SRE roles. • Proficient in cloud-native platforms and infrastructure-as-code. • Working knowledge of at least one programming language.
