Site Reliability Engineer Internship

About the role
Internship focused on ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of an integrated supply chain e-commerce platform. Apply software engineering principles to operations for high availability and resilience.
What you’ll do
• Define and track Service Level Objectives and Indicators. • Maintain observability stack and develop alerting. • Own incident response and conduct post-incident reviews. • Optimize auto-scaling and conduct capacity planning. • Design and test disaster recovery procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry. • Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Traefik, Oracle Cloud or equivalent. • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, pgBackRest. • Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash. • Expertise in SRE principles and toil reduction.
