About the role
The Site Reliability Engineer will design, implement, and operate reliability engineering capabilities across OT/PCN environments. The role focuses on improving system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation and observability.
What you’ll do
• Define and implement SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets. • Build and standardize observability capabilities with dashboards and alerts. • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. • Integrate monitoring signals with ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years operating production systems with observability focus. • Experience with SRE practices and incident management. • Proven CI/CD pipeline building and maintenance skills. • Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell. • Experience in complex or regulated OT/PCN environments.
