Shutdown Preparation Lead

About the role
Lead and coordinate all preparation activities for the offshore FFSD campaign on a FPSO. Ensure safe and efficient execution of the shutdown with multidisciplinary teams.
What you’ll do
• Compile, review, and approve job packs and job cards. • Support shutdown planning and resource allocation. • Manage multidisciplinary preparator teams. • Review technical documentation quality and completeness. • Conduct offshore site visits and coordinate stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Leadership experience in multicultural environments. • Fluent in English. • 5+ years in Oil & Gas shutdowns or maintenance. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
