About the role
Oversee daily shop operations ensuring smooth service, proper stock handling, and positive customer experience. Take ownership of day-to-day shop activities and maintain organisation.
What you’ll do
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records. • Resolve or escalate customer and operational issues. • Coordinate customer orders and dispatch via courier. • Receive and coordinate incoming stock handling. • Attend to customer enquiries and follow-ups professionally.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in basic computer operations and record-keeping. • Manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Attention to detail and accountability. • Minimum 2 years experience in retail or related role.
