About the role
Support the NIH NIAID ServiceNow environment with daily system configuration and operational activities. Optimize system performance and assist users with business systems access and troubleshooting.
What you’ll do
• Perform daily configuration and operational tasks for ServiceNow platform. • Monitor and optimize system performance and resource utilization. • Maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls. • Support configuration updates, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting. • Coordinate with teams to support deployments and validate releases.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to obtain and maintain NIH Public Trust. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years system administration experience in large environments. • Hands-on ServiceNow administration and operational maintenance. • Basic scripting skills such as JavaScript.
