About the role
Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. Focus on configuration, scripting, integrations, and platform extensions with best practices.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer. • Develop scripts including Business Rules and Client Scripts. • Integrate using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. • Customize UI and develop Service Portal widgets. • Ensure platform is upgrade-safe and performant.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential. • Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
