About the role
Lead architecture and automation of enterprise IT Asset Management and CMDB capabilities. Design and build integrations and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to support ITAM operational requirements.
What you’ll do
• Architect and automate ITAM and CMDB capabilities. • Design SAM and HAM workflows and align with CSDM. • Build integrations using IntegrationHub and APIs. • Create technical documentation and support upgrades. • Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years related experience. • Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, SAM, HAM. • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs. • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITSM/ITOM modules. • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator required.
