About the role
Join Lightspeed as a ServiceNow Developer to configure, develop, and support their ServiceNow platform across ITSM and HRSD. You will build integrations, optimize platform performance, and drive enhancements in a technical, delivery-focused role.
What you’ll do
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows. • Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and iPaaS. • Maintain platform health and optimize scripts and flows. • Support ITSM and HRSD workflows and automations. • Manage access controls and resolve complex platform issues.
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience. • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting API skills. • Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development. • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and OAuth. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
