About the role
The ServiceNow Developer delivers enhancements, integrations, and backlog remediation aligned to business priorities. They design, build, and deploy scalable, AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
What you’ll do
• Deliver ServiceNow enhancements and backlog items. • Design and build custom REST API integrations. • Implement AI-enabled development practices. • Support sprint execution and ceremonies. • Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer.
What you’ll bring
• 6-9 years ServiceNow development experience. • Strong skills in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts. • Understanding of ITSM configuration and governance. • Experience in Agile/Scrum with Jira. • Familiarity with AI-enabled ServiceNow features.
