About the role
Support and enhance ServiceNow implementation focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management for a federal agency. Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SPM modules to support portfolio visibility and decision making.
What you’ll do
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions per SBA requirements. • Support existing ITSM and related modules. • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations. • Lead SPM implementation including Demand and Project Portfolio Management. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience. • Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models and scripting. • Experience in Agile or SAFe delivery models. • Ability to work in regulated federal environments.
