About the role
Maintain and improve ServiceNow workflows supporting federal IT service operations. Collaborate with partners to deliver reliable services and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Configure and support ITSM workflows. • Maintain routing, escalation, dashboards, and service records. • Develop and test Flow Designer automations. • Troubleshoot workflow failures and data issues. • Support release testing and post-deployment verification.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years ServiceNow ITSM experience. • Knowledge of Flow Designer and scripting. • Experience with ITIL-aligned operations. • Preferred: ServiceNow CSA or ITIL 4 Foundation.
