About the role
Lead a team of technical staff ensuring safe, efficient, and quality pest control services. Act as first contact for technical questions and customer complaints while driving continuous service improvement.
What you’ll do
• Lead, coach, and motivate a service team. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Organize technical training and evaluate staff. • Manage stock, overtime, vacation, and absences. • Conduct quality controls and risk analyses. • Follow up on customers and complaints.
What you’ll bring
• Secondary or bachelor diploma or equivalent thinking level. • Minimum 3 years experience as Service Employee. • Driver's license B and VCA VOL and BA4 certificate or willingness to obtain. • Analytical, stress-resistant, decisive. • Strong communication and coaching skills. • Fluent Dutch and/or French, basic Word and Excel.
