About the role
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers at Kuda Bank branches. Resolve disputes, support onboarding, and enhance customer experience for digital banking users.
What you’ll do
• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously. • Handle inquiries on accounts, transactions, and digital products. • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues. • Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell appropriately. • Support branch operations and maintain accurate records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related field. • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter. • 1-3 years experience in customer service or banking. • Proficiency with digital/mobile applications. • Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance.
