About the role
Manage service centre personnel and operations to ensure efficient repair and maintenance of consumer electronics. Oversee after-sales service, warranty administration, and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Prepare reports on service activities and team performance. • Identify and implement service process improvements. • Coordinate spare parts availability with warehouse teams. • Monitor service centre performance and implement corrective actions. • Supervise and coach service personnel to improve productivity.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing service centres or after-sales operations. • Knowledge of consumer electronics and repair procedures. • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in after-sales service. • Strong leadership and customer relationship skills. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant engineering discipline.
