About the role
Turn complex payroll processes into reliable automated workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency. Own automation projects from problem identification to launch and maintenance.
What you’ll do
• Map payroll processes end-to-end. • Identify repetitive tasks worth automating. • Translate policies into clear automation rules. • Build and maintain workflows using n8n, Alteryx, APIs, AI. • Monitor and improve automation performance after launch.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in operations automation or related field. • Experience building and maintaining automations. • Familiar with LLMs for text data extraction. • Skilled with APIs, SQL, and data analysis. • Strong process structuring and accuracy focus.
