Service Center Supervisor

About the role
Coordinate daily technical operations of the service centre ensuring timely, quality repairs and customer service resolution. Manage technicians and ensure compliance with safety and warranty policies.
What you’ll do
• Supervise diagnostic, repair, and maintenance activities. • Assign repair jobs and monitor technician productivity. • Inspect repairs to ensure manufacturer specifications. • Monitor repair turnaround time and prioritize urgent cases. • Investigate complaints and coordinate with Customer Service.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 4 years technical repair experience with supervisory skills. • Knowledge of consumer electronics and home appliances. • Familiarity with electrical safety and warranty procedures. • Proficient in computer applications and ERP systems.
