About the role
Lead strategic UX research and strategy to shape scalable, data-driven products and global customer experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally and integrate AI throughout the product lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Lead end-to-end research and strategy work streams. • Partner with teams to design customer and service experiences. • Identify initiatives and link findings to business decisions. • Influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders with strategic materials. • Design and lead alignment and co-creation workshops.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in UX research, strategy, or service design. • Strong mixed-methods qualitative and quantitative skills. • Experience influencing senior stakeholders. • Ability to prototype and visualize strategic directions. • Established AI-native workflow practice.
