About the role
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for U.S. Federal and enterprise customers. Ensure successful deployment and secure operation of the Mattermost platform in high-security environments.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical onboarding and production deployments. • Design secure, scalable architectures for various environments. • Support compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, DoD STIG, SOC 2. • Guide integration with authentication and DevOps tools. • Provide proactive technical guidance to minimize risk.
What you’ll bring
• Senior-level experience in technical account or customer success roles. • Strong Linux, networking, containers, and cloud knowledge. • Hands-on scripting with Python, Go, Node.js or similar. • Understanding of cybersecurity and secure system architecture. • Experience managing enterprise or government customers.
