About the role
Manage systems, data, and processes to help recruiters and hiring managers hire efficiently. Improve workflows, ensure data reliability, and provide insights for headcount planning.
What you’ll do
• Own ATS configuration and recruiting tech stack. • Build automations to reduce manual work. • Design and improve hiring workflows. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. • Create reports and dashboards for hiring metrics.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in recruitment operations or People Ops. • Hands-on ATS administration experience. • Experience building recruiting reports and automations. • Knowledge of data privacy in hiring (e.g., GDPR). • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
