About the role
The Senior Stock Plan Services Associate provides advanced operational support and serves as a subject matter expert in equity compensation and stock plan transactions. They handle complex transactions, resolve issues, and support operational excellence and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Serve as SME in stock plan and brokerage operations. • Process and review complex stock plan transactions. • Provide technical guidance on escalated issues. • Support operational improvements and control enhancements. • Partner with multiple teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years financial experience. • Minimum 4 years financial services experience. • FINRA Series 7 registration required. • FINRA Series 24 registration required within timelines. • Advanced knowledge of stock plan administration and brokerage operations.
