About the role
Lead architecture and integration strategy for weapons and aircraft systems. Guide verification and compliance for complex aerospace systems.
What you’ll do
• Own architecture and integration strategy across weapons and aircraft systems. • Lead trade studies and system analyses for performance and reliability. • Define integration and verification campaigns including flight tests. • Partner with safety and certification teams for compliance. • Lead technical reviews and mentor engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering. • 10+ years aerospace/defense experience, 5+ in weapons integration. • Strong systems engineering and product development knowledge. • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. • Active U.S. Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret.
