About the role
Lead technical demos and labs for international multi-location restaurant deals. Own technical outcomes through go-live and build the upmarket solutions team.
What you’ll do
• Run tailored demos for multi-stakeholder buying committees. • Manage lab environments and drive decisions with customers. • Architect solutions integrating ERP, payroll, inventory, and more. • Lead security, IT, and compliance reviews. • Build and grow the international upmarket solutions team.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting. • Experience with mid-market or enterprise deals. • Hospitality, retail, or payments technology experience. • Integration fluency with REST APIs and webhooks. • Security and compliance knowledge including PCI DSS and GDPR.
