About the role
Implement and support custom deployments and integrations of NICE product suites. Assist product teams with new product introductions and champion supportability for customers.
What you’ll do
• Implement and support custom NICE product deployments. • Handle non-standard configuration and advanced system adjustments. • Collaborate across business areas and escalate issues appropriately. • Track effort and evaluate scope and effort variances. • Apply best practices and quality standards on projects.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in system/implementation engineering for data solutions. • Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, .Net, C#, Java. • Knowledge of APIs including REST and SOAP. • Experience with RDBMS such as MS SQL. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
