About the role
Lead technical client implementations and deliver technical solutions to meet client business goals. Act as a technical advisor and advocate for Alloy's products post-sales.
What you’ll do
• Lead multiple client implementations and projects. • Conduct technical and architectural client overviews. • Integrate Alloy's API into client applications. • Run end-to-end testing for client go live. • Support production launches and client advocacy.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in technical product implementation and support. • Experience in fraud, KYC/KYB, risk/compliance or fintech. • Strong problem-solving and client relationship skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Experience with REST APIs and software development preferred.
