What you’ll do
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on complex deals. • Lead technical deep dives with client teams. • Design technical solutions connecting AI Agent to business systems. • Drive bespoke solutions from POC to production. • Advise Customer Success on technical improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles. • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, auth, and scaling. • Technical lead in complex B2B sales cycles. • Strong communication with business and engineering. • Hands-on coding and cloud services experience.
