About the role
Build and improve high-throughput backend infrastructure for customer text data processing. Collaborate with science, product, and data teams to deploy innovations into production.
What you’ll do
• Own backend features from design to production support. • Lead projects coordinating cross-functional teams. • Review code for system safety and readiness. • Use logs and metrics to identify and fix errors. • Participate in on-call rotations for operational health.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with high-throughput backend services. • Proven feature ownership or project leadership. • Operational experience with monitoring and scaling. • Familiarity with LLMs or ML experimentation. • Knowledge of Go, TypeScript, Temporal, Kubernetes.
