About the role
Join Wise's Risk & Control Governance team to build governance, assurance, and data foundations for risk decisions. Ensure risk decisions are consistent, explainable, auditable, and continuously monitored at scale.
What you’ll do
• Build data ownership, lineage, and quality monitoring systems. • Design continuous monitoring and validation systems for controls. • Implement audit trails and explainability tooling. • Design scalable, high-throughput solutions. • Integrate governance capabilities with Risk API platform.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building high-throughput, data-intensive systems. • Hands-on with Kafka, SQL, NoSQL databases. • Knowledge of data quality frameworks and lineage tracking. • Strong systems thinking and failure mode identification. • Ability to work autonomously and cross-team collaboration.
