About the role
Design, build, and ship core product experiences for Customer.io's communication platform. Use AI to enhance multi-file code changes and support system scalability.
What you’ll do
• Build fullstack features in Go, React, and Ember. • Collaborate to turn ideas into shipped customer value. • Share knowledge via videos, writing, and mentorship. • Participate in on-call rotation for system reliability. • Use AI agents to scope, prompt, and verify code changes.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years building and scaling backend services. • Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Go. • Strong care for frontend polish and backend performance. • Proficiency with APIs, databases, and testable code. • Bias for action and ownership of technical decisions.
