About the role
Lead Lithic’s Processing team to build and maintain real-time payment network interfaces. Ensure high reliability, low latency, and correctness for transaction processing systems.
What you’ll do
• Ensure high reliability and low latency for transaction interfaces. • Develop capabilities for authorization, clearing, disputes, and network integration. • Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable code with minimal tech debt. • Manage physical network peering infrastructure and connectivity. • Lead initiatives from planning to launch and participate in on-call rotation.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years shipping code in fast-paced production environments. • Advanced distributed system design skills. • Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects. • Strong communication and empathy skills. • Growth mindset and interest in fintech preferred.
