Build tools and systems to help investigate and resolve financial crime cases effectively. Improve operational workflows using automation and AI to support better decisions and reduce manual effort.
What you’ll do
• Design scalable systems for AML case handling. • Own technical initiatives end to end. • Partner with Product, Operations, Data Scientists. • Build automation and AI capabilities in production. • Improve reliability, security, and quality.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years backend or distributed systems experience. • Strong Java and Spring skills. • Experience with relational databases and messaging. • Ownership and leadership of technical initiatives. • Product mindset and clear communication.
