About the role
Join Fleetio's Growth Engineering team to build personalized onboarding experiences and increase user engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to research, design, and ship features that drive adoption and reduce churn.
What you’ll do
• Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Ops to build features. • Create user experiences and run experiments to increase engagement. • Build customized onboarding systems for trial users. • Improve app modules to increase usage and reduce churn. • Help set direction for the Growth team and product experience.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years experience with ReactJS and Typescript. • Experience on a Growth engineering team. • Full-stack web system development experience. • Strong OOP and relational database knowledge. • Excellent written communication skills.
