About the role
Build tools, workflows, and AI-powered developer experiences to improve engineering productivity at ClassDojo. Help define and shape the Developer Experience Engineering team and platform foundations.
What you’ll do
• Design and build internal platforms and developer workflows. • Reduce developer friction and improve engineering velocity. • Build AI-powered workflows for software development. • Partner with engineering teams to identify and solve pain points. • Create reusable tools and self-service capabilities.
What you’ll bring
• 7-10+ years building production software. • Solve organization-wide engineering problems. • Think like a product engineer. • Strong technical judgment and decision making. • Care about engineering craftsmanship and platform health.
