• Develop maritime voyage optimization and route evaluation capabilities. • Model vessel performance and fuel consumption. • Account for voyage constraints and operational considerations. • Improve optimization algorithms and supporting software. • Build simulation tools to evaluate optimizer behavior.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years professional software engineering experience. • Experience with Python or compiled languages like Rust, C++. • Strong software engineering fundamentals. • Ability to translate domain concepts into software. • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
