About the role
Design, build, and evolve scalable backend systems powering communication at massive scale. Collaborate across teams to deliver reliable solutions and own problems end to end.
What you’ll do
• Design and build distributed systems in Go. • Collaborate to debug and deliver reliable solutions. • Own architecture, testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Participate in on-call rotation. • Share knowledge through videos, writing, and mentorship.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years building scalable systems in Go or similar. • Comfortable with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP). • Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL. • Experience with observability tooling and production systems. • Bias for action and ownership of technical decisions.
