About the role
As a Senior SDET at Flex, you will own test automation and quality efforts for major product areas. You will architect automation frameworks, lead test strategy, and mentor others to ensure high-quality releases.
What you’ll do
• Architect and optimize automated test frameworks. • Develop and maintain automated test suites for API, UI, integration. • Lead test strategy and perform risk analysis. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. • Mentor junior SDETs and QA team members.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in software development and test automation. • Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks. • Experience with API, UI, integration testing. • Strong CI/CD pipeline integration skills.
