About the role
Join the Fraud Risk team to build real-time fraud prevention systems that protect Wise customers. Lead technical projects and collaborate with fraud specialists to improve detection using AI and automation.
What you’ll do
• Build real-time fraud prevention systems. • Own technical roadmap and deliverables. • Improve latency, reliability, and decision quality. • Mentor engineers and lead onboarding. • Collaborate across teams to reduce duplicated work.
What you’ll bring
• Strong Java/JVM production system experience. • Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. • Proven technical leadership on large projects. • Experience with system reliability and security. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
