About the role
Lead the Commercial SMB business end to end, building a proactive AI-powered customer success model. Own onboarding, retention, and expansion for SMB customers in the USA and Canada.
What you’ll do
• Own Commercial SMB accounts, cases, outreach, and retention. • Build AI-assisted success model for onboarding and adoption. • Lead SMB onboarding curriculum and delivery. • Drive AI agent rollout and adoption for SMB. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to grow SMB portfolio.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in customer success or similar role. • Experience building and running AI agents and workflows. • Strong program ownership and process design skills. • Ability to design scalable systems for SMB base. • Cross-functional influence and credibility.
