About the role
Lead reliability and observability efforts across multiple engineering teams. Manage Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD infrastructure to scale operations.
What you’ll do
• Own reliability and observability including SLAs/SLOs and on-call health. • Design and maintain Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Argo/Helm. • Drive Infrastructure as Code standards adoption across teams. • Lead incident response and root-cause analysis across teams.
What you’ll bring
• 8-10 years as Senior SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer. • Experience in high-growth SaaS companies. • Hands-on with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD, Helm/Argo. • Database experience with Postgres and DocumentDB. • Proactive and able to work cross-functionally.
