About the role
Develop and enhance ServiceNow HRSD applications to streamline HR case management and employee experiences. Collaborate with technical leaders to implement features and optimize platform performance.
What you’ll do
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications. • Lead development projects on HR Case and Employee Document Management. • Design HR workflows and UI components. • Implement secure access control and platform automation. • Support testing, incident resolution, and platform upgrades.
What you’ll bring
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field. • Minimum 3 years system/platform experience. • At least 5 years ServiceNow experience. • Advanced technical skills with ServiceNow HRSD modules. • Experience with data integrations and platform security.
