About the role
Lead technical delivery of security solutions focusing on CrowdStrike and Microsoft technologies. Act as a technical reference for customers and internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead implementation and optimisation of customer security solutions. • Deliver CrowdStrike Falcon capabilities and Microsoft security technologies. • Run discovery sessions, workshops, and knowledge-transfer activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational handover material. • Investigate and resolve complex security alerts and incidents.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity or IT. • Strong hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform. • Experience with Microsoft security products and technical delivery. • Ability to explain complex security topics to diverse stakeholders. • Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK.
