Senior Region Manager Lubricants

About the role
Lead lubricant sales growth in Central Western US region working with distributor key account managers. Drive sales and business development across multiple markets.
What you’ll do
• Develop strategic growth plans with distributors and GROWMARK. • Co-develop sales and marketing efforts and collateral. • Manage relationships with new and existing customers. • Lead liaison between distribution network and GROWMARK. • Travel weekly to customers within assigned distribution network.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years related sales experience. • Lubricant industry credentials highly desired. • Ability to travel 2-3 weeks per month. • Strong business knowledge and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
