About the role

What you’ll do

• 6+ years recruiting experience including technical roles. • 3+ years in early-stage or high-growth startups. • Deep sourcing expertise with proactive outbound recruiting. • Experience designing recruiting operations and workflows. • Candidate-first approach with clear communication.
