About the role
Manage the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team from request intake to delivery. Own processes and reporting to ensure smooth project flow and impact measurement.
What you’ll do
• Own intake in Asana and prioritize requests. • Build and maintain work delivery processes. • Partner on large marketing initiatives and set milestones. • Track team capacity and manage trade-offs. • Organize project files and build delivery reports.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing in-house creative or marketing projects. • Owned intake and enforced creative brief standards. • Fluent in work management tools, preferably Asana. • Plan across teams and set clear milestones. • Proactive problem solver with strong stakeholder influence.
