About the role
Lead program management for complex, cross-functional software initiatives at Juniper Square. Drive execution from planning through release and act as a senior voice in the PMO with a strong AI focus.
What you’ll do
• Own program management for complex multi-team software initiatives. • Translate ambiguous problems into concrete program plans. • Establish and evolve execution frameworks and governance. • Design and deploy multi-step AI-powered workflows. • Mentor TPMs and PMs on program management and AI fluency.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. • 15+ years industry experience, 8+ in technical program management. • Demonstrated AI fluency at Workflow Orchestrator level. • Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management tools. • Strong cross-functional partnership and governance experience.
