Senior Professional Facility Auditor

About the role
Perform in-depth audits of facility and professional coding to ensure clinical documentation supports services rendered. Drive accuracy and improve documentation and billing practices across the organization.
What you’ll do
• Conduct audits of ICD-10, CPT4, HCPCS, E/M codes, and revenue codes. • Lead educational sessions for coders based on audit findings. • Stay current with CMS, Medicare, and compliance updates. • Collaborate with coding leadership to identify trends and errors. • Perform accurate coding for complex clinical services.
What you’ll bring
• CPC, CCS-P, COC, RHIT or RHIA with coding/auditing experience. • Experience auditing facility and professional medical coding. • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and billing regulations. • Proficiency in coding complex encounters and software. • Outpatient facility coding experience including interventional radiology.
