About the role
Lead the design and development of Lyft's Trust and Safety platform to support global expansion. Collaborate cross-functionally to create tailored safety solutions for drivers and riders.
What you’ll do
• Design and build future safety platform with ambitious vision. • Partner with engineering, data science, ML, design, research teams. • Collaborate with Policy and Support for cohesive user experience. • Represent Trust and Safety in partnerships and capture requirements. • Define success metrics and drive data-informed prioritization.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Product Management with Trust and Safety experience. • Strong technical acumen, engineering or CS degree preferred. • Experience leading engineering teams and setting roadmaps. • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
