About the role
Lead product efforts to increase revenue through add-ons and upgrades for Novakid families. Own product metrics and drive monetization experiments.
What you’ll do
• Own roadmap for Parent Area storefront and purchase journeys. • Improve conversion from offer view to paid. • Build configurable catalogue and pricing logic. • Run experimentation program for offers and pricing. • Define product events powering in-app nudges and CRM segments.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years PM experience with 2+ in monetization or subscription growth. • Proven track record in in-product upsell or add-on flows. • Strong experimentation skills and test design. • Understanding of subscription billing and payment providers. • Experience with EdTech or family products is a plus.
